Update the English and Chinese download pages from IoTDB 2.0.10 to 2.0.11, including binary, source, checksum, signature, and release-note links.
Add an Edge binary download row with SHA512 and ASC links, sharing the version, sources, and release notes across both binary rows.
Validation: confirmed the referenced files exist in the Apache 2.0.11 release directory and ran
git diff --checksuccessfully.
